AKRF provides construction administration, management, inspection, and monitoring services for our public and private clients.

In our construction-manager-as-agent role we advise clients on constructability during design and perform budgeting and scheduling services, while our resident engineering inspectors address construction progress in the field and are available to resolve design compliance issues.

AKRF oversees construction operations related to demolition, excavation, reinforced concrete, roadway reconstruction, utility installation, grading and drainage improvements, traffic signals and lighting, and erosion and sediment control measures.

We perform pre- and post-construction surveys and manage comprehensive monitoring programs for vibration, cracks, and optical settlement. AKRF also provides environmental monitoring during construction for the management of ecological restoration and conservation needs, as well as stormwater compliance, noise code compliance, and the remediation of hazardous materials.
