Willows at Spruce Run
Clinton Township approved the Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan application for the Willows at Spruce Run residential development in 2023.
The project in Hunterdon County, NJ, will construct 96 affordable housing units across four buildings along with an attached clubhouse, parking areas, lighting, landscaping, and a tot lot. AKRF’s site design includes a detailed major development stormwater management design, including porous pavement, green infrastructure manufactured treatment devices, and bioretention basins.
