Willows at Saddle Brook
Willows at Saddle Brook is an approved 58-unit affordable housing development in Bergen County, NJ.
AKRF is providing civil engineering, professional planning, and stormwater management for the project. Site features will include 90 parking stalls—fourteen of which will accommodate electric vehicles with charging stations—along with lighting and other amenities.
Our design includes the use of green stormwater infrastructure (specifically porous asphalt systems on–site along with a bioretention basin) to detain stormwater for rate attenuation and treat stormwater for the required 80% total suspended solids removal on site.
