Wildflower Studios
Wildflower Studios is close to opening its new Robert De Niro-backed campus in Astoria, Queens.
Construction topped out in 2023 for Wildflower Studios, a $600 million, 775,000-square-foot complex of film and television production studios and support spaces. AKRF served as CEQR environmental planning consultant for the project, and we also provided air quality E-Designation consulting and performed peer review for acoustics, noise, and vibration.
Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the commercial film, television and creative studio will house 11 sound stages on the five-acre site of a former Steinway Pianos warehouse.
