TSX Broadway
TSX Broadway has boldly taken its place among Times Square's signature towers and destination venues.
Construction of the $2.5 billion, 46-story mixed-use tower included the complex raising of the 1,700-seat Palace Theatre up to 30 feet in the air. The Tempo by Hilton Times Square hotel opened at TSX Broadway in 2023, and the building will also include retail space, restaurants, and a cantilevering outdoor performance stage that overlooks Times Square.
AKRF led civil engineering and permitting and CEQR environmental planning for the project at 1568 Broadway. We also secured revocable consent from the New York City Department of Transportation for the 18,000-square-foot wraparound sign and LED system across the building’s entire façade.
The project was designed by Mancini Duffy, PBDW Architects, and Perkins Eastman.
