The Village at Hawk Point
The Village at Hawk Pointe is a new residential community planned for vacant and farmed land in Washington, NJ.
The development includes frontage on two roads and an intermittent watercourse that bisects Area 2, for which AKRF prepared the preliminary and final site plans. Approved in 2021, the property will include 115 for-sale market-rate townhouses, 72 rental apartments, and eight group home apartments within the apartment buildings.
Various community gathering areas and a dog park will be designed in the development. The project will incorporate pedestrian and vehicular interconnectivity through private roads, sidewalks, and trail system, and the stormwater management system will incorporate green infrastructure.
