The Diamond at Warren 

The Diamond at Warren is a new 26-unit multifamily apartment building with eight affordable housing units on Mountain Boulevard in Warren, NJ. The building is nestled between woodland areas, open space, and nearby shops and recreation on the former site of an automobile repair facility. Following AKRF’s thorough examination of stormwater quantity runoff, rainfall frequency, and soil suitability as the project’s civil engineer, non-structural stormwater strategies were integrated into the design.
