Sewaren Generating Station Unit 7
AKRF provided multi-media licensing support for a 540 MW combined-cycle power plant at Sewaren Generating Station.
We were responsible for management of the acquisition of required pre-construction land development approvals from Woodbridge Township and environmental approvals from applicable local, state, and federal agencies. In addition to obtaining all pre-construction permits and approvals, AKRF also managed environmental compliance and construction permitting during the construction phase.
To meet an aggressive schedule our project manager worked on-site at Sewaren Generating Station and PSEG’s offices. State approvals include waterfront development and flood hazard area permits, stormwater management approvals, NJPDES permit modifications approval, and treatment works and water supply physical connection permit approvals, among others.
