One Westfield Place 

AKRF prepared the economic and fiscal impact analyses for the project, which will redevelop a shuttered Lord & Taylor and two adjacent parking lots. In addition to commercial and residential development, One Westfield Place includes plans for comprehensive streetscape and sidewalk improvements and public open space. 

We reported on the economic impacts of the project by estimating the potential job creation, economic impact, and tax revenue during construction and operation of the project. The project is being developed by Hudson’s Bay Company.
