AKRF is the prime consultant and design lead for a new 215-acre regional county park in Manchester, NJ.

Situated within the Pinelands National Reserve, our vision for the park is one that builds community hand-in-hand with biodiversity. The park will be a public space dedicated to recreational activities, community amenities, and ecological conservation.

More specifically, our design team envisions athletic fields, pavilions, a water reuse system for a splash pad and irrigation, nature play, and miles of new trails and outdoor fitness equipment.

AKRF is developing the park design from schematic through construction documentation phases, providing all regulatory permitting, on-site survey and geotechnical investigation, green stormwater infrastructure design, and bid and construction administration services.
