Ocean County College Sailing Center 

AKRF provided civil and environmental engineering as part of the Kimmel Bogrette design team retained by the institution. The design process included New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection permitting for work within wetlands, a flood hazard area, and a Coastal Area Facility Review Act zone.

The new sailing center will provide storage facilities for boats and improve access to the existing docks. The project includes a bioretention basin that manages runoff from the proposed building and surrounding improvements.
