North/West Battery Park City Resiliency

This critical resiliency project will help protect northern and western portions of Battery Park City from the effects of storm surge and sea level rise.
AKRF is supporting the Battery Park City Authority and AECOM in the progressive design-build delivery of the North/West Battery Park City Resiliency Project, a 1.4-mile integrated flood protection system along the Hudson River waterfront in Battery Park City.
As part of the consulting team, we are leading environmental review pursuant to SEQRA and CEQR requirements, as well as drawing on our extensive resiliency expertise to provide design peer review services for the design and construction of critical infrastructure.
