Houghton Associates provided acoustical consulting for the LEED Gold-certified building prior to Ben joining AKRF. The project included expert guidance in mechanical noise control, sound isolation, and interior acoustics for key areas of the project.

The fit out for the 17-story, 392,000-square-foot vertical campus was designed by Gensler, with extensive conferencing facilities on the second and third floor, generous dining and lounge facilities on the third floor, and executive offices and a boardroom on the 17th floor.
