Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail
The Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail is a proposed 8-mile shared-use path connecting Cold Spring and Beacon.
AKRF is preparing the SEQRA Generic Environmental Impact Statement, including analyses related to natural resources, transportation, and cultural resources, among others. Our transportation analysis incorporates future visitation estimates to assess future traffic conditions once the project is complete.
We also prepared the SEQRA Environmental Assessment Form and permitting materials for the Breakneck Connector and Bridge project along a section of the overall trail. Construction is underway for the Breakneck and Connector and Bridge project.
