The Moynihan Connector extends the celebrated High Line to Manhattan West and Moynihan Train Hall.

AKRF prepared the SEQRA analysis and documentation for the $50 million, 1,200-foot linear park undertaken by a public-private partnership comprising Empire State Development, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Brookfield Properties Group, and Friends of the High Line.

The project opened in 2023 and consists of a pair of bridges: the Woodland Bridge running along 30th Street and the Timber Bridge running above Dyer Avenue. The project was designed by SOM and Field Operations.
