Georgian Court University is building a new facilities and maintenance building at the northern end of its Lakewood campus.

AKRF designed the site improvements as part of a consultant team led by Kimmel Bogrette for the new building and paved parking, a salt storage shed for campus de-icing, and covered storage adjacent to the building.

A number of green stormwater infrastructure measures were included as part of the project design, such as porous asphalt for stormwater quality, a stormwater infiltration basin with a forebay, and soil erosion and sediment control measures for both the construction process and post-construction. AKRF was also responsible for municipal, county, and state permits required by the scope of work.
