Bayfront Redevelopment Project
The Bayfront redevelopment master plan calls for a significant transformation of a half-mile stretch of Jersey City's shoreline.
AKRF is preparing environmental due diligence for four of the initial parcels being built by BRP within the 100-acre Bayfront Redevelopment Project on the Jersey City waterfront. Our work is focused on transforming the legacy brownfield site into affordable housing, retail, and a charter school. The overall plan includes 8,000 residential units and three new public parks.
