We have contributed to over 200 housing-related projects currently in planning, design, construction, or occupancy throughout our geographic footprint.

Our firm works on projects of all scopes and sizes, from single-use buildings like Tres Puentes, Willows at Saddlebrook, and Stonewall House to large-scale, mixed-use developments with housing components like Essex Crossing and La Central.

AKRF has also worked on multiple Permanent Affordability Commitment Together projects for the New York City Housing Authority and its private partners encompassing over 17,000 apartments in 360 buildings.

Recent Milestones

AKRF has seen countless milestones in the housing sector including the recent opening of Sunset Park Library and Apartments in Brooklyn and Jerome Court and 2850 Webster Avenue in the Bronx; construction ceremonies for Stevenson Square and Starhill Phase I in the Bronx; and the approval of Timbale Terrace in Manhattan.
