The development and operation of hospitality properties brings our planning, engineering, and environmental capabilities into play for both single-use hotels and major resorts, including those with gaming and casino components. Our clients include such prominent hospitality companies and hotel brands as Hilton, Marriott, Six Senses, Arlo Hotels, Moxy Hotels, citizenM, Four Seasons, Ace Hotel, Ritz-Carlton, 1 Hotels, Resorts World, and more.

AKRF has worked on hospitality and gaming projects in Lanai, Miami, Nashville, New Orleans, New York City, Ojai, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and other locations.

Recent Milestones

The $210 million expansion and renovation of Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel on Long Island celebrated the start of construction in 2024, and Arlo Wynwood opened in 2022 as the first hotel in the Wynwood arts, culture, and commercial district in Miami, FL. QC NY opened on Governors Island in 2022 as the island’s first year-round commercial tenant.
