Watchtower World Headquarters
In 2023, Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York earned site plan approval for a new mixed-use live, work, and worship world headquarters.
The campus in Ramapo, NY, will include audio and video/film recording studio space, offices, maintenance and set production workshops, and a central energy plant; a visitors’ center for the public; and accommodations for resident staff encompassing 600 residential units, dining/assembly spaces, recreation/wellness/fitness facilities, and a clinic.
AKRF has provided SEQRA environmental review, transportation design, natural and cultural resources assessments, and acoustical support services for the project.
