AKRF provides planning services to the Town of East Hampton for the review of planning applications to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.

In addition to our municipal planning services, AKRF is also preparing the SEQRA Generic Environmental Impact Statement for proposed policy changes that would limit allowable flight operations at East Hampton Town Airport to reduce noise and other environmental impacts. The airport is situated on 600 acres and contains a terminal, two runways, seasonal control tower, private hangars, and other facilities.

The Town of East Hampton, home to approximately 28,000 residents, is located in southeastern Suffolk County at the eastern end of Long Island’s South Shore.
