Rowan University Master Plan
Rowan University is preparing a ten-year master plan for two campuses in New Jersey.
The master plan will guide the physical development of the institution’s main campus in Glassboro and the Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine campus in Stratford.
AKRF is providing civil engineering as part of the OLIN consultant team and will recommend implementable actions to be accomplished within two years, five years, and ten years concerning stormwater management designs, permitting, and overall site engineering requirements. Community input through open houses, surveys, and workshops will be essential input to the master plan.
