One Clinton Park and Two Clinton Park are 28-story residential and retail buildings recently built in Downtown New Rochelle.
Developed by RXR Realty, One Clinton Park opened in 2022 with 352 apartments, ground-floor retail space, and resident amenities, and Two Clinton Park opened in 2024 with 390 apartments, 24,500 square feet of amenities, and 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
AKRF has provided site assessment/remediation, civil engineering, and acoustical consulting services. Our work has included Phase I environmental site assessments, remedial Investigations, reporting and implementation of Remedial Actions under NYSDEC’s Brownfield Cleanup Program, and conducting inspections to comply with the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
