Norris Square Park

Philadelphia Parks & Recreation is partnering with local community groups around Norris Square to envision and develop improvements across the existing park.

AKRF is working with Marvel and the City of Philadelphia to integrate stormwater management features and green infrastructure into existing conditions with limited existing infrastructure and new programming such as a playground, stage, amphitheater, and a basketball court.

We are coordinating the stormwater design and review with the Philadelphia Water Department as well as the larger water management strategy for the site as the master vision plan is developed.
