Millbourne Open Space Plan
AKRF is preparing a Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan for Millbourne Borough, which borders Philadelphia along Cobbs Creek.
We are preparing community engagement programming, existing conditions analysis of physical and social infrastructure, and facility and program inventory for the Borough to better understand community goals and needs. Based on this information, a detailed plan for trail connections, park improvements and expansions, operations and maintenance, funding, and implementation strategies will be compiled into a planning document.
The PROSP will provide detailed guidance for realizing the parks, recreation, and open space vision co-created with the Millbourne community.
