Bankside Bronx
Third at Bankside and Lincoln at Bankside are new residential properties along the Harlem River waterfront.
Lincoln at Bankside opened to residents in 2023 at the $950 million Bankside waterfront development in the Bronx encompassing four 26-story towers with 921 residences, 40,000 square feet of amenities, and a waterfront esplanade along the Harlem River. The development is led by Brookfield Properties and designed by Hill West Architects and includes the newly opened Bankside Park.
AKRF is leading civil engineering and permitting for the entire project. Our services have included NYCDEP site connection proposals, NYCDOB Builder’s Pavement Plans, private sewer main and private water main extension plans, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. We also reviewed and provided input for the parking garage layout and circulation drawings prepared by the design team.
